Loriet Pro Team & Loriet Open Players have strong showing at US OPEN Playoffs
At last week's sectional qualifier of the US Open playoffs the Loriet ProTeam and MBYC Loriet Open participants took home the trophies in three sections.
In the Mid Atlantic, Loriet player Nika Kukharchuk won the Women's Singles for the 2nd year in row. She will also be playing the Citi Open in Washington DC in the weeks to come.
Loriet player Nikita Kryvonos won on is home turf at the USTA Tennis Center in Flushing Meadow taking home the Men's Singles trophy for the Eastern Section for his 3rd year. The strong doubles team of Simmonds and Cochrane, who won the Loriet Open doubles champions, were the doubles winners.
In New England, Hleb Maslau who made it to the singles semi-finals in 2014 and the doubles finals in 2015 of the MBYC Loriet Open, become the first player to win all three divisions in the same sectional qualifier by taking home the singles, doubles, and mixed doubles.
